At what point in my topic should I use an Experience?
You can incorporate an Experience at any time during your topic:
Start with a bang to grab attention
Use it midway to maintain motivation
End on a high note for a lasting impression and consolidate learning!
If you do want to use it as an opening, check the Experience glossary in the follow on resources first for vocabulary your children might not have come across yet.
With Science or Geography in particular, it might be easier to do the Experience after some initial learning.
