How do I check I'm on the latest version of the app?

We advise ensuring you have enabled automatic updates but, if in doubt, to check you have the latest version of the app.  It should be version 1.2.0 (1) on Apple devices or version 1.2.0 (64) on Android/Chromebooks.

For iOS (iPhone/iPad):
  1. Open the App Store
  2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner
  3. Scroll down to see your list of apps. If the app has an available update, it will be listed here
  4. Alternatively, search for the app directly in the App Store. If an update is available, you’ll see an "Update" button next to the app
  5. It should be version 1.2.0 (1)
For Android:
  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Search for the app using the search bar
  3. On the app’s page, if the "Update" button appears, it means there’s a new version available
  4. If you don’t see an "Update" button, the app is up to date
  5. It should be version 1.2.0 (64)
For Chromebooks:
  1. Open the Google Play Store on your Chromebook
  2. Search for the app or go to "My Apps" to find it
  3. If an update is available, you’ll see an "Update" button next to the app
  4. If you don’t see an "Update" button, you have the latest version
